Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pixel-Drop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Pixel-Drop is a media hosting service that allows users to upload, store, and share images and videos.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload or share:

  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Content you do not have the right to share
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Content that violates others' privacy
  • Spam or unsolicited promotional material

5. Adult Content Policy

Adult content (18+) is permitted on Pixel-Drop under the following conditions:

  • Adult content is automatically restricted to private storage only
  • Adult content cannot be made publicly visible
  • Adult content can only be shared via password-protected links
  • You are solely responsible for who you share access with
  • Sharing adult content with minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action
  • By sharing adult content, you confirm the recipient is 18 years of age or older
  • We reserve the right to remove any adult content at our discretion

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Premium Subscriptions & Refund Policy

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, for digital services:

By purchasing a premium subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the subscription is activated.

This means:

  • No refunds are provided after the subscription is activated
  • This waiver is confirmed via checkbox before purchase
  • Refunds are only available if the service is defective or not functioning as described (warranty claim, not withdrawal)

9. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pixel-Drop is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in German courts.
